“My husband and I were recently in your country on a trip planned for us by you and our local travel agency, Four Seasons Travel, in Savannah GA.
All of the people in your company were very good, but two in particular were MOST wonderful and we were fortunate to have them for 4 days. Our driver's name was Misael (we called him Misa) and our guide's name was German. They were so friendly and helpful and worked very hard. German is so clever he was able to make certain there were no clouds at Arenal!!- it was a perfect day. Misa is a terrific driver with a great sense of humor.
We all laughed a lot!  Most important, we just had a great time with them, and wanted you to know how special they are, and hope you will let them know. You have a beautiful country”.

Subject:Exceptional Tour Guide

Greetings:

I just had to take a few moments to let you know that we recently had the distinct pleasure of having Daniel Arias as our tour guide in a port visit to Costa Rica last week.

We opted to take the arial tram as one of our excursions offered by the Coral Princess, who we were cruising with. During the 2-hour bus ride to the tram, Daniel was extremely articulate, friendly and went out of his way to explain the history of the area and show us "tourists" a few things I'm sure other guides don't usually bother to do.

Because of the extra measures he went to make this excursion memorable, this particular touring experience with Daniel rates as one of the highlights of our trip! In contrast, on an excursion I went on by myself in the Grand Caymans, a tour guide I had pointed out such things as hotels and a gas station as "attractions."

I'm sure it's not often that you receive notes that praise the people you employ - but we just couldn't miss this opportunity to let you know what a gem you have in Daniel. I hope you'll let him know that we deeply appreciated the extra time and attention he gave each of us that day. It was awesome!
